In a remarkable demonstration of corporate social responsibility, Ethiopian Airlines Group, through ET- Foundation- its independent charity wing, has donated a wide range of essential humanitarian items to the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs. The donation program aimed at supporting women and children in need across the country.
The donation items include clothing, bags, and shoes- weighing a total of 28,000 kilograms. Additionally, 250 baby trolleys, and 203,591 units of kitchen wares were handed over. In total, the donation is valued at more than 88 Million ETB.
This initiative is part of Ethiopian Airlines’ broader CSR strategy that focuses on working on community development activities by supporting underprivileged members of the society across the country.
